I have Linux Fedora Core 3 and Windows XP dual booted on my hard drive. I recently got another computer and I want to put Fedora on there and take it off my other computer. How can I do it with out messing up my windows partition. I am using the default boot loader that came with Fedora. Please help.
You need to restore the windows bootloader. You'll have to boot off your Windows install CD and go into the system recovery console. There you can use the fixmbr and fixboot commands to rewrite the boot sector so that it only boots into Windows.
This is a Windows issue though so it doesn't really belong in a Linux forum. There's plenty of info available if you google for fixmbr and fixboot
