Well which one is better? I'm assuming (since this is a Linux forum) I'm going to get pro-Linux answers. But why is Linux superior or BSD?Or BSD to Linux?
Now from all the research I've been able to do on the web (via google) and in books (w/ the help of the in store Borders Cafe) I've been able to come up with this conclusion: BSD is good for heavy traffic web and email servers, while Linux is better for desktops and some light LAN'ing.
So? Discuss!
(I'm not in this for the answers, just to start a discussion).
contrasutra is right. If you need help with something, we will be more than happy to be there for you. But, if you want to see and participate in a forum about which is better, then please use the search button at the top of the page and join in on an existing discussion. I'm sure that your fellow posters would apreciate your fresh input.
