Post Linux - Video Streaming Software

Hello,
I am searching for software to do video streaming. We have a audio streaming server, using IceCast ( I really like it, is reliable). Currently we use ustream.tv to stream video; however is has advertising and unfortunately advertising are not family oriented. We're a religious, a non-profit organization.

So we're looking for software similar to IceCast but for video, for Ubuntu or CentOs.
