licensing a software in gpl merely for linux


hi
I have written a program for Linux , windows and mac. now i want to release its source for Linux under gpl3 but with porting restriction for other OS. Is that permitted under gpl3 or is there any license or method for this purpose

You will need to use Affero GNU-GPL for that.
Be clear about the additional clauses.
Is your application so low level that it runs on top of Linux and does not require GNU/Linux?
