Hi friends
While executing the command lamboot -v hostfile(hostfile contains the list of hosts to which I want to connect),It requires authentication for different hosts.
After giving the password for a host.I get an error:
ERROR: LAM/MPI unexpectedly received the following on stderr:
Permission denied, please try again..
The command recon -v hostfile is executing perfactly,
but lamboot -v hostfile is troublesome.

we also generate the public/private key pair in /root/.ssh/
Plz anybody suggest me a solution.

This is all which is generating when i execute lamboot -v hostfile

Doesn't sound like your passwordless authentication is working. Did you remember to copy the public key to all of the authorized_keys files on the nodes?

ya i have appended the copy of public key to authorized_keys file in /root/.ssh directory ...but it doesn't work .....
recon -v hostfile is running perfectly allright without asking for password but lamboot -v hostfile is "not" running ....displaying permission denied ....as i already displayed in my previous post ...
