Kernel Panic with pivot root error
hi
I am using redhat linux 8.0 with a grub loader. I am getting this error during boot-up.
"EXT3-fs: unable to read superblock
mount: error 22 mounting ext3
pivotroot: pivot_root(/sysroot,/sysroot/initrd) failed: 2
umount /initrd/proc failed: 2
Freeing unused kernel memory:212k freed
Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel"
Can i solve this problem without booting by CD or floppy. I dont want to go to rescue mode. Can i do anything with the boot options available in grub loader of RedHat linux-8.0
