Unhappy IRCd Problem - Configuration?

Last week I downloaded the IRC daemon version 2.11.2p3 from http://www.irc.org/, and installed in on my Slackware 13 box. I ran ./configure, make all, make install and have edited the ircd.conf file. The daemon starts just fine, although I can only connect one user at a time, and I can't seem to figure out how to become an operator of a channel.

Here is my ircd.conf:
Code:
M:domain.com::Server Desc.:6667:000A
A:Domain, Inc.:Admin <admin@domain.com>:blueSerf::IRCnet:
P::::6667:
Y:10:90:100:100:512000:
I:::::10
O:*@*:password:blueOper::10
From what I have researched on irchelp.org, google and searching the LQ forums, this should be the configuration I need... Although, I can only connect one user at at time (will accept any username) and when I issue "/oper blueOper password" I am still a normal user.
