Internet cam (quickcam)


Hi everyone,
Could anyone know how to configure and use the quick cam (logitech)

I don't know if you'll have the module that I have but...
The highyl-patched kernel that ships with Mandy 9 has, under the 3rd party drivers section, a module called mod_quickcam. You could try modprobeing for it on your system.

Oh, and just a note for future reference: The distro you're using (from your details to the left of your post) is Slackware Linux - the company name goes first... you wouldn't call it Windows Microsoft. I know I'm being pedantic, but that's just the way I am

Yep, I do. You don't call it a Fiesta Ford, you don't call it Gas British, you don't call it Coffee Starbucks... the company name (should) always go first. I think, although I cannot rememer or find them, but in my first few posts I used to call it Linux Mandrake... it just seemed to roll off the tongue easier. I was wrong and I repent my mistakes
