Unhappy ?how to make mail go to diff place than /var/spool/mail


Hi, I was wondering how to make my mail come directly to my home directory in some tree i specify other than the standard /var/spool/mail.....i use fetchmail and postfix to download and send mail, any ideas/suggestions?? is this possibly a promail problem and do i have to write a recipe?
