If there is no native Linux version of the application (ask Bentley, not us) then install WINE (best check their supported applications database first) or install Windows in a virtual machine inside VMWare, QEMU or VirtualBox and then install the software in the guest. BTW I'll move this thread as it isn't about the installation of Fedora.
