how do I setup lilo with 3 OS's

I was using SuSE 9.0 and Windows XP with Lilo as my bootloader. Recently I insrtalled Mandrake 10 to a different partition so I have 3 OS now. But Lilo only sees 2 (Mandrake and XP) although I can see the Partition and all my SuSE files and folders. Now How do i go about setting up my Lilo so that it has SuSE option too.. I tried to edit lilo.conf with the follwing info but it didnt work and I get the error that initrd isnt found. The last image is from the Suse.. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me wjhats wrong with the Lilo and How i can fix it. hd3 is the Mandrake partition and hd4 is SuSE partition.
Thanks,

Assuming you've booted to the default Mandrake 10.0, mount /dev/hda4 to /mnt/hda4, and make the following change to /etc/lilo.conf (change in bold):

image=/mnt/hda4/boot/vmlinuz
label="SuSE_Linux_9.0_Pro"
root=/dev/hda4
initrd=/mnt/hda4/boot/initrd
append="devfs=mount acpi=ht resume=/dev/hda2 splash=silent"
read-only

Then run lilo.
