Question How do I get basic System Performance Numbers

I'm connecting to my Linux machine via SSH/Putty (no GUI)

How would I get some very basic system performance stats, So I would know...
1. Am I running out of memory?
2. Is my CPU maxed out?
3. Is my Network maxed out? How many Web viewers are there?
4. Do I need to Defrag my Diskdrive, how do I?
5. How much free space is on my harddrive?

Great work Emerson, your answer was quick and professional.

Thank you!

ps. Do you know how I can filter NETSTAT to show only those connections who are connected to the Website, or downloading from the website. (filtering out all the other types of connections, ftp, ssh, etc)
