How Do I Create a Desktop Environment Theme?

Hello, User linux.

I have a question.


I have a tried looking at google up, no luck, but maybe i am blind, anyway.


I want to looking for, I want to create a theme and icons, too.

If there's apps, or code. please. i really want to make them. Thanks.

Do you want to do this for KDE, Gnome or another environment? What exactly do you want this theme to be - just a new wallpaper, wallpaper + icons, and so on.

There's no such thing as a desktop environment theme.

There are window manager themes (GNOME uses Metacity, KDE uses KWin), widget toolkit themes (GNOME uses GTK+, KDE uses Qt), and icon themes.

Thanks. I just running Elementary OS Based Ubuntu, and of course with Gnome.
