how can i merge a audio and video file

I was ripping a dvd when the merging of the audio and video failed.

I was wondering how i could merge them together.

The formats are .ogm video is ffmpeg and audio is ogg.

command line only would be nice and i dont want to lose any quality(if possible)

I was a bit hast in puting this post out
and found a way of doing it with mencoder
