Help me , Grub loading stage 2 ..can not run continous..

Hi everybody !
I have installed RedHat 8 with raid drives mouted.Unluckily one of four Harddisks is errors, it's faulted.But my system still active, only the third disk isn't , it really not really a problem Until when i change it with another HDD.System can not starting continous with report: GRUB loading stage 2.... Now i dont know how to rescure system..
Pls help me , thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!

It is not clear what the issue is....

You have 4 drives in RAID, and one is failed? Then you replaced it but the system won't boot?
Was it RAID-0? -1? -5?

If GRUB gets to the point of looking for Stage 2, then the mbr was OK---or were you booting from floppy?
