Have a Mandrake Question.?

Was Wondering if there was a program , Like Apt-get for Mandrake ? Or a similar program. I know on My RH Box, Ive gotten apt-get to work, to take care of my Downloads, and dependentcy Headaches. Was wondering if there was a program like that for , Mandrake 9.1. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. I'am still new to Linux.
