Getting Programs from the mandrake cd after install

I installed mandrake and either wine did not install correctly, or at all. How, if its possible, do I reinstall wine off of the mandrake cd's?

u'll find something called software manager
in
configuration-->package-->software manager
it is like add/remoce prog. in windows
ther u'll be able to add or remove programs from the 3 cds of mandrake

what exactly does it do? what message does it give? which widows package do you use? Did you know not all apps work under wine. If you can reply with the senario before you get radical maybe time and frustration can be avoided...
