That would be a solution, but my drive is really slow without DMA.
Here is a little test: amount of time to copy a 700MB file (from hdb to another file on hdb):
- with DMA: 50 seconds
- without: 6 minutes!
Removing the messages with syslog-ng + ignoring the problem + backuping frequently is ok for me. I cross my fingers
