do you people know any website which is providing free online database for web development applications.

for web sites there are free web sites like

tripod.com
freeservers.com
freewebs.com
geocities.com

and etc.,

but for the same free online database what is that

any one has idea please let me know

want to develop a web where i can do PHP , Mysql combinedly

We used Byethost for a while - free MySQL and PHP, http://byethost.com/freeplans.php
There are a few others out there as well, but Byethost is the only one I've used.
