Fluxbox & stick

Is it possible to stick applications that starts in .xsession?

I start thr ROX-filer in .xsession and i would like it to stick on all workspaces.

On the left hand side of the titlebar, opposite from the close and minimize buttons, there should be a little dot in a clickable square (depending on theme I suppose) that will sticky the window. I edited my ~/.fluxbox/init file to put it on the right side next to the other buttons so it wasn't so out of place. May help to look into that too.

I now that, but what i mean is to put an option in the .xsession file like f.ex.:

rox -stick &
exec fluxbox

But just the right command for it...
