When my Mandrake 9.2
is booting I'm getting a list of components. and their state (green 'success' and red 'failed'), and every time I boot there is the same error:
Bringing up interface eth0 [failed]
Bringing up interface eth1 [failed]
It looks to me like you have 2 NICs in the machine that are either disconnected, or are not properly configured or not properly identified by the system.
Is your network working? How many network cards are in the system?
