dj mixing with linux. from beginning to an end - hardware and software.

i'm planning to make my linux-box capable for dj mixing ( mixer, pitch and headpones vs speakers - all in pc).

as far as i can understand, i must have two separate soundcards to play different channels ( like one audiowave to the speakers and other wave to headphones)

what kind of equipment ( soundcards, wires and such stuff) and software i must have?

i really can't explain myself very good at this point, but if someone have dealed situation like this i would be very grateful for any bits of information.

like i said i have no ide a how this gonna work.
