I haven't heard of any difference between them.

qmail is one of the best mta's that i have worked with and one of the most simple to configure and maintain.

A good site with how-to information on it :

I have checked this site. and i found this(check below). it says qmail not "Qmail". i think there is some differences between this two?

1.2. What is qmail?
-------------------

qmail is an Internet Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) for UNIX-like operating
systems. It's a drop-in replacement for the Sendmail system provided
with UNIX operating systems. qmail uses the Simple Mail Transfer
Protocol (SMTP) to exchange messages with MTA's on other systems.

Note: The name is "qmail", not "Qmail".

any idea?

Application names are not case sensitive. But obviously the developers of that site don't like it when you cap the first letter. No the is no difference except the fact the the "q" in qmail is in caps. even at qmail.org it says, "visit Dave Sill's excellent Life With Qmail site." in the first sentence.
