Debian: How to start Folding@Home on boot???

Hi!

I guess the topic says it all, iīve got debian on a ftp/file server box. How can I get Folding@Home to start, when it boots. Or how to keep it running when I am not logged in, since I wouldnt mind to start it manually.

I already tried to start it via an init.d-script and update-rc.d, but then it started and the system didnīt get to the bash anymore. Kinda messed up my system doing it ; )).

Thx!
