Corporate Identity Distro

Does anyone know of or is anyone interested in developing a distro based on one of the main distros that would allow a company to easily incorporate their logos, identity or messages (for desktop use). I own a business and I am experimenting with which distro would work best to convert my windows desktops to linux. I thought that with all of these different distros, one could be made that would allow me (or any other company) to put their own identity on it, while still allowing upgrades and possibly be able to use the desktop to deliver messages. Please let me know if you have feedback or you are interested.

Well I'm not exactly sure what you want to do. Correct me if I'm wrong but
your saying you want to:

Take some other distro, rip out all of the logo's and whatnot and then distribute
the "cleaned" version to others with the ability to easily incorporate their logo
into it?

I guess you could do that. It seems like it would be a lot more work then just
creating a distro from scratch(LFS) and writing some scripts to incorporate the
company logo and whatever else you want.

I don't think taking a well known distro and giving it a face lift and calling it "new"
is the way to go about it(although as far as I know there is nothing "wrong" with
that, look at Ubantu), it just seems it would leave a lot of room for mistakes.

Maybe another way to go about it would be to create themes for whatever window
managers you wanted to support that would incorporate the "look and feel" that
you want. This would allow for the user to still be running a "supported" version
of the distro and able to get updates and upgrades.
