Clicking in man pages in shell ?

Hi, I am using DSL and when I type 'man camserv' it shows something like 'click here if you dont see anything' - its the same test as on the html man pages, but I get them in the shell - and can really click there? I think its an error as it show a html page?

thanks

L

I have only used DSL 1.0 (I have ordered a current disk) so I may be a little out of date. I believe DSL uses the links browser to display man pages. There is a way to "click" links in it. I think you navigate with arrow keys (try both up/down and left/right to see which works) and then when you have the desired link highlighted, press enter.

Just for your info, I have had mixed results trying to use man pages in DSL. Sometimes it works fine and other times I can't get it to work at all. The only thing I've been able to figure out is that maybe sometimes there is a problem on the server end.

OK, I just checked. You navigate the links with the up/down arrows and you follow (i.e."click") links using the right arrow. If you have any more trouble with that browser, pressing escape gives you a menu bar which you can select help from with the "h" key.
