I'm unlucky I guess where as all of my personal computers are 32bit and holding up well.
Mageia 6 has been unreliable on a laptop;abbiword bug , suspend won't work if you updated it, default file manager is buggy, OS won't install right the first time, hot plugging not working etcetera , just in case a Mageia developer is reading this
.
So Centos has a 32bit version and it working great on a older laptop.
I installed the Epel repo but it's not active yet. Will Centos make this known somehow or do I just have to keep trying?
Also is there a 'best' way to try to install fedora packages, can I add the fedora mirrors?
Thanks in advance!
