Bootdisk for Winblows in Linux
I believe there is a simple solution to this issue yet after a couple of days of searching I have not found one yet so here I am.
I have 3 boxes all running a Linux dist of some sort however I need to put Windows back on my Laptop as dual boot for school yet the CD-Rom does not work, therefore I have am external USB cdrom to replace it. Unfortunatley my bios does not boot from the USB device therefore I need to create a DOS or Windows Bootdisk of somesort to load the drivers for USB support to access setup.exe on the W2K CD. I have checked bootdisk.com and others however they are all exe's and such. I can only create the disk from a linux shell therefore need like and img or something and use dd=ect.... Does anyone know a place or a way that I can create a W2K or DOS boot disk from Linux in order to get USB support for the DRIVE.?
Thanks I hope this makes sense to you all.
