Well if you got the ISP from logs, then you should have noticed that it's not US ISP, so 400mbps for 10 eur that doesn't do any filtering or injecting or caps or w/e 3rd world ISPs do.

Ok, easiest example that comes to mind: go take a look at the Python offline documentation, which contains hundreds of files in multiple folders.
Except behind your oversized console there are working search results, because the remote calls are only made to enhance the results, (and that issue is easily fixed by setting "privacy.file_unique_origin" to false).
