That only works if your project consists of one file. If you have more, you run into trouble because browsers apply tighter security policies to "file:///" URLs.

Well if you got the ISP from logs, then you should have noticed that it's not US ISP, so 400mbps for 10 eur that doesn't do any filtering or injecting or caps or w/e 3rd world ISPs do.

Ok, easiest example that comes to mind: go take a look at the Python offline documentation, which contains hundreds of files in multiple folders.

Code:
wget https://docs.python.org/3/archives/python-3.9.2-docs-html.zip
unzip python-3.9.2-docs-html.zip
firefox ./python-3.9.2-docs-html/index.html
What do you think will happen when you enter something into the search box? Go ahead and try it...

You get a ton of errors - https://i.imgur.com/lVlK9uI.png

But that's what he said - opening local html works only with one file, otherwise nothing will work.

Except behind your oversized console there are working search results, because the remote calls are only made to enhance the results, (and that issue is easily fixed by setting "privacy.file_unique_origin" to false).

Whatever the value of the setting, the multi-page documentation with distinct CSS files and multiple JavaScript files for non-remote functionality which works absolutely fine.

GoDaddy also comes to mind, although neither fits rage “free” requirement.
