apache and windows-1256 charset

Hello ...

i have problem with apache , when i try to show windows-1256 pages it's show it like this "ÇáÓáÇã Úáíßã æ ÑÍãÉ Çááå æ ÈÑßÇÊå ÚÒíÒí ÇáÒÇÆÑ áÊÊãßä ãä ÇáãÔÇÑßÉ ãÚäÇ Ýí ÇáãäÊÏì Úáíß"

it's ISO-8859-1 charset , what should i do to support windows-1256 in apache ?

Mind that it's better to use the ISO-8859-x encondings instead of the windows encondings, or better yet the UTF-8 encoding.
