Cool. Somebody knows something, grate! Thanks for quick reply.
Yes, I followed the instructions. It actually installed smoothly, a good sign, but it didnt start.
1. How to make that path in Redhat Linux 9.0? I tried something and maybe it worked.
2. Which command starts the BRL-CAD? Is it "mged"? If that is so then I got: "Couldn't find proper library 2.0" or something like that.
Conclusion:
The BRL-CAD 6.02 rpm does not work in Redhat 9.0. There is backward barrier.
So...Try to compile it with gcc
Then I tried to recompile it, but I could not even untar the crypted zip file. I downloaded enigma source, but there were problems when compiling it. No hope with my knowledge.
I hope that I am wrong and all my attemps to install it are really bad. I really would like to use it.
