Adjusting default application for file extensions

Howdy,

I'm running RHEL4 with GNOME. I recently installed BlueFish as an HTML editor, but now, whenever I double-click on .c files, they don't open in gedit like they used to, now they open in BlueFish. How can I change this? Thanks so much.
