Unhappy @Home with Red Hat


I have no clue how I can set up my @Home cable connection with red hat... I know my computer name and IP, but nothing else, can anyone help me?

I did everything in the tutorial... but no dice, it still doesn't work, and when red hat is booting up it freezes when its getting ip and stuff with eth0, i dont know whats wrong, but if anyone can help i'd be happy

A little more info would be good.

- What version of Redhat?
- Are you connecting to @home via DCHP or a static IP?
- What model of network card are you using?
- When you boot, do you get the "bringing up eth0- Failed" message, or does it (the NIC) eventually load?
- If it does load, type ifconfig at a command prompt and post the output here.

hehehehe i typed in my computer name for @home wrong... i added an extra 2
