WINE REGISTRY Version 2

;;
;; Each section has the following format:
;; [Drive X]
;; "Path"="xxx" (Unix path for drive root)
;; "Type"="xxx" (supported types are 'floppy', 'hd', 'cdrom' and 'network')
;; "Label"="xxx" (drive label, at most 11 characters)
;; "Serial"="xxx" (serial number, 8 characters hexadecimal number)
;; "Filesystem"="xxx" (supported types are 'msdos'/'dos'/'fat', 'win95'/'vfat', 'unix')
;; This is the FS Wine is supposed to emulate on a certain
;; directory structure.
;; Recommended:
;; - "win95" for ext2fs, VFAT and FAT32
;; - "msdos" for FAT16 (ugly, upgrading to VFAT driver strongly recommended)
;; DON'T use "unix" unless you intend to port programs using Winelib !
;; "Device"="/dev/xx" (only if you want to allow raw device access)

I get this problem when I try to install. I'm using winex. Right after I choose my installation directory I get this error:
Code:
Setup cannot read a required data file. Your Warcraft III CD may not be in the CDROM drive. blab blah
support\BattleNet\(Mac)BNetMenu.html
Error 0x000000002: File not found
(DiskUndo.cpp:343)
Retry or Cancel
The CD is deffinately in the drive - I can read other files from it.
Well, the thread title says "reign of chaos", so I guess it's Reign of Chaos. No idea what versions that comprises though, as I don't play Warcraft 3 .
yeah reign of chaos and I'm trying to install from the CD so its whatever the default version is. It would appear that winex is having trouble mapping warcraft 3 to /mnt/cdrom. I googled and I found a lot of warcraft 3 stuff, but didn't see anything on my issue. Maybe I'm doing something wrong... This is my first time using winex so I don't really know.
Hey Moebius, I've got the exact same problem. I've also been googling, and searching for solutions here at LQ, but nothing seems to help. Let's post anything we find on the topic here
