Hi, I found that game : Sauerbraten, cube 2, recently and find it really great game, for opensource !
The quality of the graphics is really nice, and well finished. It runs very very fast on my old pc, and has its linux code very well writen. There is no bugs and it is like perfect hit.
I tried it. Not a bad looking game engine. Reminds me of a Quake 1 style game. Nothing too special about the graphics. But graphics aren't everything, and I happened to love Quake 1!
I wouldn't say it's without bugs. I was getting black boxes while I played. But that might just be my card. It's just the onboard 945GZ.
I really liked the way it pulls up the menu within the 3D world. That one was new to me.

In my opinion, it's a good one to watch!
