Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 using wine

Hello,
im new to wine and Linux, i've been reading around and i cant figure out how to install roller coaster tycoon 1 through wine. i try opening the Setup file with wine but i gives me a error about it being blocked. any help would be great thanks.

im using Wine 1.1.42
