New Forums! Want a game ported to Linux?

Alright, I've just made some new forums. The idea behind them is to get as many members as possible, and once a week or so, we all go to a game company forum (or email, however we can contact them) And we all say we would love a Linux Port, and that we'd definately buy one. We do this for nearly all suggestions, so if you want a specific game ported, you have to be an active member, then you can suggest it. If you dont support other peoples games, they wont support yours, so we all have to be in it together.
heres the link:
http://raginghorde.no-ip.com
or
http://jimbobbob.emptydoor.com
(currently, the first just points to the second, until i get a host problem worked out)

As i said, its brand new, so dont look at the number of members (2 currently) and shun the idea. There should be more coming soon, it was only up for about 2 hours, most of the people who agreed to be a part of it havent even seen it's up yet.

oh, BTW, i added this forum to my webring, as well as linuxiso.org, and easylinuxguide.com. the 3 best places for Linux info!

Good idea - you may also wnat to link up with other online petitions. I know of 2 - one for a Counter-Strike port and I think the other is for a Half-Life port.

If I may, could I suggest a rethink on your colours? You currently have a light grey background with a slightly darker grey font. Makes it very hard to read.

oh, sure. will change that font. You could also use the standard skin if you really hate that one, and I'm gonna get another today.

And yeah, the online petetitions seem to be a good idea...

In the future, please don't use our forums to advertise your new sites and to recruit members to the site. There are many ways to accomplish this instead of creating a thread to link to your site.

This is stated in the rules of this site here: http://www.linuxquestions.org/rules.php

If you want to link to your site in a proper way without contacting LQ.org to advertise from the advertising link at the bottom of this page, then link it as your homepage or place it in your signature.

Regards.

PS. I know your site means well but if I can't let member X post a link to advertise their new site, I can't allow you to either. I hope you understand.
