How do I install Patience-lin

I feel like an idiot but I just got a HP-2133 with SLED 10 and can't figure out how to load and install the solatare game. I'Ve double clicked it and get to "Open Files", I've tried "Intall Software", and nothing shows up there. I'm not makeing any headway. Is there some simple step I haven't found in the manuals or is it a software problem? Please enlighten me and save my ego. Thanks for any asistance

What sort of file is it in - tgz, rpm or whatever. I believe that only rpm files install by doubleclicking in SLED
