how to install win over lin w/h disk drive

hi
how can i install windows while i have Linux Red Hat now.
i don't have a 3,5 inch disk drive or some other bootable disk device (exept for my hdd)
i cán't enter my bios to change it to cd rom booting so i can't boot from cd rom too...
i do have a cd rom player but i need windows again
and i want to remove linux
i have about 1.5 gig free on my harddisk.
please help me!!!!!!!!!!

how can you not get into the bios? is there a password on it? if so you should be able to reset it by jumping two points on the motherboard (it should say somewhere on the board itself). then you should be able to get into the bios, change it so that you can boot from the cd, and you are on your way. Other than that I have no idea.
