Received signal 11, exiting...
Nope. But I have noticed that every time it has done that, I have pressed mouse3 ("top shots"). But it must be something else too, because mouse3 doesn't always do that... :/
Btw, did you play yesterday at ET Bash +XP safe | convention server?
I have been using enemy territory for several months, and now it suddely exits when it should display the server list. (signal 11, exits). Sometimes it does not exit, but simply shows an empty server list.
I have tried to reinstall nvidia drivers and enemy territory without any change.
Bingo! I've been googling like a madman to find something like this. Same results as 'michael' there. As soon as it goes to the server list I'm dumped to the desktop. I can play just fine and dandy as root though. All other games work. UT2003, 2004, Postal2Demo, and other linux games are fine. I've done a 'chown' to the entire game folder, subfolders, and Nvidia drivers. I am stumped! Does anyone have an answer to this? Do I need to 'chown' a lib? Looking forward to resolving this one.
I'll be darned! I got it! Rename your profile! cd ~/.etwolf/etmain/profiles, cp -r username username.old. Start a game, input your username, and frag on!

there is no profile folder in etmain, well i cant find it anyways, but, the quake engine exits when it finds a network error...i think i found why it does it...
i get same error message and i run dedicated server on linux -> it can't be caused by grafic driver - it might be caused by network problem (not sure - if i know real reason then i shouldn't have it :-P )
