Unhappy LFS system stuck at starting kernel.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to try out Linux From Scratch and I finished the book. I wanted to boot into the install but it froze starting the kernel. If anyone could help me fix it, I would really appreciate it!

The kernel has started. Your freeze came later, while starting up the system daemons. Look in the startup scripts for that level and find out what is supposed to come after starting syslog. On my LFS system, the next thing that should come up is the network.
Code:
$ ls rc4.d
S10sysklogd  S20network  S25cups  S25random  S29dbus  S70gpm
hazel@bigboy.localdomain:/mnt/lfs/etc/rc.d
$

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply! I checked it and I am pretty sure its the network script that's not running. The boot.log says interface `enp1s0` doesn't exist. I am using virt-manager and the kernel module
Quote:
CONFIG_VIRTIO_NET
is enabled. Any ideas?
