SCTP transaction slow between Redhat EL 4 and Solaris 10

I have a Diameter message simulator which originally used between Solaris - Solaris servers using SCTP protocol. When I used in RHEL 4 - RHEL 4, throughput is almost the same with the solaris setup. When I tried using the RHEL 4 - Solaris 10 setup, throughput drops. Is there any issue with this kind of setup?

Linux Kernel Ver: 2.6.9-22.EL and 2.6.9-22.ELsmp
Solaris Kernel Ver.: 5.10
