sctp.h and ext_socket.h

hello everybody,
I am using red hat linux kernel of version 2.4.7-10. I am looking for a patch (sctp.h and ext_socket.h) files. So could you please let me whether the latest version of sctp.h will be used to compile my program or not. Please reply me as soon as possible to my mail "anirudhraami@linuxquestions.net"
