Hi, I am just newbie in RHEL 4. I woul like to ask why the server I have installed doesnt have the directories under /usr/src/. When I check the other servers in our company with the same distro, they have sub folders like, (redhat,debug,linux-2.4,linux-2.4.21-20.EL) under /usr/src? How would I include them on my system. Hoping to get positive answer from you guys. Thanks.

this is not possible as linux is open source there should be a scr folder

FYI, you posted a new question to an existing thread.
Ok, if it is a real linux driver it should have instructions on installing.
You need to provide more information. What motherboard do you have and where did you find/download the driver from.
