Just wondering if anyone is aware that RH Satellite has this capability?

We are currently running RH Satellite 5.6 and got a bunch of scripts from a vendor that needed to be pushed out to multiple servers, along with other changes that occur frequently.

I'm still in the process of learning how Satellite works and to me it seems the Configuration option from the WEB UI would be the place the for this features.

I'm pretty sure Puppet/Chef have this capability, however the environment where I'm at isn't there yet where we can set this up and run it.

So did some reading on this. Looks like I can rap up .sh files as rpms. I've not done this before, so I would have to research this more.
