does someone know something about the HowTo, William wanted to write?!

I´m asking because I´m searching for an solution to bring XP on many machines. That would be simple, if the hardware were not different!

So this Thread makes me interest, if someone has something heard from the Thread-starter?!

My problem is:

I´m a reseller and want to be able to rebuild an image of XP to different machines with different hardware. And please don´t say "Use MS-RIS!" Perhaps someone has an working solution or an idea how I can get this thing working.

Tested Things:

RIS on Linux --> would be nice, but actually not working
unattend from other MS Machine --> would go, but I want to use linux
do an fresh install from CD --> no way!!!
