compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61 dependancy failed

Hello,

I am installing 10g clusterware at REL 5.1 and missing a library file named licltsh.so.10.1, after searching at forums a found that an RPM named
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm, its already installed but looks like it is corrupted, when trying to upgrade it
or reinstall, its raising following dependency error

[root@OIF-ORADB2 home]# rpm -Uvh compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm

warning: compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 652e84dc
error: Failed dependencies:
compat-libstdc++ = 7.3-2.96.128 is needed by (installed) compat-libstdc++-devel-7.3-2.96.128.i386
compat-libstdc++ = 7.3 is needed by (installed) compat-gcc-c++-7.3-2.96.128.i386

More strange is both of the dependency rpm are installed, do you think there is any error or corruption
in following RPMs

compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm

above rpm needs following rpms, which are already installed

compat-libstdc++-devel-7.3-2.96.128.i386
compat-gcc-c++-7.3-2.96.128.i386

Regards,
