raspberry pi - is there a HAT with GPS and GSM?

Hi!

Is there a HAT available that includes both GPS and GSM/GPRS?

Probably not, but there are HATS that are GPS and hats that are GSM/GPRS/GNSS. You might be able to put one of each on your Pi. Apparently you can stack HATS though sometimes it might require some effort.

Beaglebone has corrsponding expansions referred to as capes. If I understand correctly those are intended for stacking.
