Follow this (optional suggestion) to install yum on your RHEL4 system (consider it practice for RHEL5):

http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Packag...ment/YumOnRHEL

Add Dag Wieers's repo (rpmforge) as per: http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/FAQ.php#B

When ready do something like: yum install fuse-ntfs-3g

You will need to have both the matching (by version number) kernel-devel and kernel-headers rpm packages installed on your system.
